Alicia Malone

Alicia went through the FilmStruck hiring process in 2015. Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's introductions were recorded by Malone for the purpose of practicing reading them aloud before the camera prior to her TCM broadcast channel hosting audition. She auditioned for the Turner Classic Movies presenting position in 2017, and the channel hired her at the beginning of January in the next year. Malone spoke about the challenges females face when it comes to film production in two distinct TEDx speeches.
